Dorado Power Ventures LLC

Dorado Power Ventures is a subsidiary of the Dorado Group focused on investing and growing projects in the power generation arena. Dorado Power Ventures currently owns 100% of the Termovalle Power Project, a 205MW natural gas-fired combined cycle power plant in Cali, Colombia (www.termovalle.com).  Dorado Power Ventures acquired Termovalle in 2007 and operates and maintains the plant with its own personnel.  The plant was refurbished in its entirety with state-of-the-art technology in 2011 making it today one of the most efficient thermal plants in all of Colombia.
